Brokerage Agreement Terms and Conditions

Notification Protocol:

Upon a client`s visit to a property, the broker will promptly notify the property owner of the client`s identity, including the client`s name and/or company name.

Exclusivity and Liability:

The property owner agrees not to engage with a party previously introduced by the broker. If the property owner interacts directly with the client or through another broker, the property owner will be held liable.

Penalties:

• Rental Agreements:A penalty equivalent totwo months` brokerage feeson the agreed-upon rent will be applied.
• Sale/Purchase Agreements:A penalty of4%of the sale/purchase price will be applied.

Applicability:

These terms apply to all clients, property owners, buyers, and sellers.

Representative Changes:

If a client or property owner`s representative leaves or is transferred, the company owner or property owner remains obligated to pay the brokerage fees.

Agreement Duration:

This agreement is valid for a period ofthree yearsfrom the date of commencement.

Involvement:

No excuses or issues will be accepted after theA 2 Z REAL ESTATEinvolvement.
