I am an owner in Majiwada, and my experiences are great now. I like its famous connectivity to Mumbai via Eastern Express Highway. I enjoy comfortable living, steady rental income and the upcoming metro at Kapurbawdi. I love that schools and hospitals are close. I wish garbage and some narrow roads were fixed, and internal lanes need better lighting.
