The project stands out for its location on the main Noida corridor, giving residents smooth connectivity to Delhi, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, as well as proximity to schools, offices and local markets. Within the compound the layout is spacious and well-planned, featuring landscaped greens, a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, sports courts and dedicated play areas. Maintenance is generally seen as organised and the society has an active resident community, which keeps the common areas lively and functional. Pricing in the resale market remains competitive for the sector, making it attractive for both end users and investors. Some towers show signs of aging in interiors, but overall the project retains a positive reputation as a complete, family-friendly community with a strong location advantage.
I stayed here for a year. Amenities are good, but parking is always a problem. Needs to be improved.
Peaceful location with plenty of greens surrounding. Walking track and clubhouse are my favourite places.
Our rooms are large. But I think finishing can be improved. Some fixtures needed to be repaired in possession.
The location is very good, near schools and markets. Connectivity is smooth with metros in proximity.
