Our area is immaculately maintained with spacious, green roads, and parks such as Meghdootam are ideal for relaxation. With great schools, premier hospitals, and neighborhood shopping around the corner, everyday life is extremely convenient and secure. This neighborhood is a great, long-term buy. Negatives: The only small negative is that with so much demand and quality of life, the price of property is certainly on the more expensive side, but it's totally worth every dollar for the peace and access you achieve!

Negatives My only little observation, however, is that because it's a mature industry, you will not get a lot of new high-rise residential developments.
