I think Palam Vihar is famous for its independent floors. I am located right near the Delhi border. My experiences with high rental yield from airline staff are great. The upcoming metro expansion looks promising. My suggestions address two disappointments, including the frequent power cuts and the need for better local garbage collection.

I live in this beautiful, green township. My experiences are great because I am near Columbia Asia Hospital and Maurya School. I enjoy Rezang La Park. I feel the rents are quite high here. I suggest improving the street lighting and security, as these two things bother us every day.

I must say the locality offers independent houses, builder floors, and low-rise apartments. I suggest Palam Vihar for airport connectivity and Dwarka access. Dwarka Sector 21 Metro is nearby. Weekend bazaars and small cafes keep the area lively. I recommend long-term investment here. Traffic bottlenecks and ageing infrastructure are some problems in this area.

I love Palam Vihar for its peaceful, independent vibe. It is a well-established locality. Commuting is easy via the nearby IGI Airport and Huda City Centre Metro. Having Columbia Asia Hospital and Ansal Plaza close by is great. However, the broken interior roads and waterlogging are my major concerns.

I think Palam Vihar is beautiful with its well-established plan. I love the high rental demand here. I enjoy hanging out at the Rezang La War Memorial. The area links via Atul Kataria Chowk to NH-48. However, I think the locality needs better waste management and cleaner footpaths.

My life here is wonderful since the surroundings are quite green. I like to be near to my Udyog Vihar and Ansal Plaza office. Walking in Tau Devi Lal Park is a favourite of my family. Students will find it quite practical. Slow garbage collection and congested traffic cause me headaches.

I spot GD Goenka University students nearby. I live here since my workplace is close to Cyber City and travel feels doable. Gated areas make me feel safe; I appreciate pockets of open space and greenery. Compared to central Gurgaon, I find rent reasonable. Sometimes water cuts irritate me. Here, drainage and footpaths need quick enhancement.

I advise Palam Vihar as I believe it provides the greatest bungalow-style living near the Delhi border. I believe its closeness to the airport and Dwarka Expressway sets it above others. For top institutions like Maurya School and excellent care at Columbia Asia Hospital, I would recommend it. I see locals loving the close proximity to the Palam Vihar railway station. Because the blocks are well-guarded, I believe women could find the area very safe at night. Local HUDA parks and shopping at Ansal Plaza are among my favourite past times. Here I see a decent rental yield. Still, I believe the old water pipes and fractured internal roadways require considerable work. Elegant choice here.

Since my everyday life in Palam Vihar is quiet, orderly, and family-friendly here, I am really glad residing. With broad internal roadways and good sectors, this area is rather lovely. Through Dwarka Expressway and NH-48, I am enjoying good connectivity and quick access to Gurgaon districts and IGI Airport. Near schools such DPS and Praesidium and hospitals such Columbia Asia and Manipal, I feel at ease. Gated blocks, security, and periodic patrols help me to feel safe at night also. I am really liking the parks, lush vegetation, and hiking paths for everyday exercise. I am happy that my investment offers long-term value and steady rentals. Here I am proposing faster metro connection enhancements and improved monsoon season drainage.

Positives: My experience in Palam Vihar was fantastic. I appreciated the Delhi boundary's nearness to the airport. The local Vyapar Kendra market was incredibly convenient. For my studio, rents were reasonable. Excellent communication to Udyog Vihar.

Negatives: I despised the saline tap water and the constant power outages during the summer.

Positives: This makes it a great investment, as rental income is quite excellent here. Everything is very easy with Manipal Hospital and Ansal Plaza close. Spending weekends at the Goa Country Club delights my family.

Negatives: Public transportation is rather bad. There are no large-scale shopping malls there. Road maintenance and drainage present serious problems.

Positives: I adored the cheap and secure nature of Palam Vihar, where I lived. I drove an auto every day to the MG Road metro. My children attended The Maurya School. Green parks were appealing to my family.

Negatives: Open drains, power outages, and damaged roads truly irritated me.
