The apartment was decently priced but after the tour I didn’t reallythink twice about buying it. The reason was that, well, it reallydoes have everything. Security is the most important factor for meand Eternis gives me that.

There is extensive securitycamera coverage of the development inside and outside thebuildings too. I love the fact that the administration has a zerotolerance policy for harrassment.

I also didn’t know they were actually there when moving in so Iwas surprised to find both a sauna and a jacuzzi inside thedevelopment. Both have clearly divided spaces for men andwomen. People are very respectful and there are no comments orcatcalls.
