Hiranandani Estate 3 Bedroom 1450 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Hiranandani Estate Thane

I purchased a 2 BHK here. It is well-planned and the interiors are quite spacious actually to say the least. There is nice placement of balcony and the amenities are also nice being part of this township.

It is an excellent location for families. Schools are in close proximity and I specially like the lovely views from my apartment.

I decided to buy an apartment in Thane, west, and that’s when I came to know about Hiranandani Estate. It is very close to the railway station and the airport, and I have a very good access to the expressways as well.

The Hiranandani Estate has plenty of amenities, which is very convenient to the residents. The safety and security system of the building is intact, with video surveillance and CCTV support, and it also comes with a fire-fighting system.

To be honest, Hiranandani Estate is a world-class and feature-packed project, and I am very happy to have bought an apartment in this location. My 2BHK apartment is very spacious with 1091 Sq. Ft area. It is located in Thane and has a very close connectivity to all the major points of the city.

I have shifted in last month. I am fond of the greenery and facilities.

When I was looking for a budget-friendly luxury apartment, I came to know about Hiranandani Estate, which is very well-maintained exhibiting impressive design, beautiful outdoor space and lovely indoors as well.

The building has many sports-related amenities, which is particularly interesting to my teenage children. They enjoy spending most of their time playing badminton, basketball, tennis and cricket.

Traffic sounds from the road are disturbing a bit. But otherwise, the project offers easy access to the main road also, which is a plus. The interior quality is nice, was expecting the same from Hiranandani anyway.

Maintenance fees are on the higher side at this project. But it does offer what it promises in terms of the facilities and the connectivity. So it’s a choice.
