Maintenance fees are on the higher side at this project. But it does offer what it promises in terms of the facilities and the connectivity. So it’s a choice.
Traffic sounds from the road are disturbing a bit. But otherwise, the project offers easy access to the main road also, which is a plus. The interior quality is nice, was expecting the same from Hiranandani anyway.
I purchased a 2 BHK here. It is well-planned and the interiors are quite spacious actually to say the least. There is nice placement of balcony and the amenities are also nice being part of this township.
It is an excellent location for families. Schools are in close proximity and I specially like the lovely views from my apartment.

To be honest, Hiranandani Estate is a world-class and feature-packed project, and I am very happy to have bought an apartment in this location. My 2BHK apartment is very spacious with 1091 Sq. Ft area. It is located in Thane and has a very close connectivity to all the major points of the city.
