The best part of this project is the location, style of living, and affordable price. We are very fascinated with the quality of work of this project. Now, we are confident that it will become one of the best places to stay.
Sector 107 provides us with such lavish lifestyle amenities as Gymnasium, Golf Putting, Heated Swimming Pool, Pool, Billiards, Cafe, Indoor Games, etc. The Fire Fighting System and all other security systems are good in this sector. The Smart Card Access system is very appreciable.
Sector 107 is strategically located and is close to Dadri Road and Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Jaypee Underpass flyover is the nearest flyover. It's close to Prayag Hospital and Research Centre. And many other hospitals, markets, and schools are nearby this project. Connectivity is the big plus point of this project.
The apartments are three sides open for better ventilation and natural light. They have a solar light system, Sewage Treatment Plant, and a Large Green area to make the environment more beautiful in the sector. It makes it more lively.
3C Lotus 300 is the ultimate destination for one of the best investments in the dream home of my life. They provide a super luxurious residential complex that offers a lifestyle in Noida. The apartments are designed with high-end luxury. Fittings and construction are commendable.
Lotus 300 in Sector 107 is a beautiful looking society with big flats and a lot of open green area. The layout of the towers is nice, there are wide roads inside and the location is good – close to the expressway, metro, schools and markets. On paper it has all the modern facilities like clubhouse, gym, swimming pool and children’s play areas. But there have been many problems too. Flat registrations were stuck for years because of the builder’s dues, and only recently has the process started moving after court orders. Maintenance is also a weak point – people complain about lifts breaking down often, slow repair work and extra charges for some facilities even after paying high maintenance fees. Overall, Lotus 300 is a good project with big flats and a good location, but buyers or tenants should go in with open eyes about the legal history and the upkeep issues. If the registry and maintenance improve, it can be one of the better societies in this part of Noida.
