Lodha Splendora is one of the most attractive townshipproject in Thane. It is located in Thane West and built on 40acres of land. I have a fantastic 3BHK apartment here. Thewhole project comprises of 1585 units.
I could choose from 2BHK or 3BHK apartments in LodhaSplendora. The project is situated in the centre land ofThane city. I can enjoy good connectivity from the centre.Also, many commercial and industrial hubs in the city arevery close to Lodha Splendora.
Not only Lodha Splendora offers luxurious living standardbut also it offers good connectivity as it is right in the centreof Thane City. I am enjoying convenience of a contemporarylifestyle. I bought a spacious apartment that has very goodfittings.
In Lodha Splendora, I enjoy every comfort of a modernlifestyle. Also connectivity with the project with industrialhub is good. For being well connected to Ghodbunder road,my office travelling is easier now.
Lodha Splendora offers comfortable living for residents andis only a short distance from many office spaces. Manyshopping malls and hospitals are not very far. The projectwill provide residents with the best facilities and amenitiesalong with all necessary social and infrastructure facilities.
As a local resident, I like the good shopping and entertainment facilities in the vicinity.
I visited there with family recently.The gym and clubhouse are great. However, the sound of traffic on Ghodbunder Road is slightly disturbing.
The interiors are lavish, and the area has excellent connectivity. But I think the cost appears a bit on the higher side for the area.
