Commutes are simple from my employment at Ghodbunder Road offices. Though I like this location, traffic congestion and parking problems must be immediately solved.

I also love visiting the Korum and Viviana Shopping Malls nearby, along with the lakes and parks, which give the area a fantastic look. The only issue I have is that the waterlogging issue has not been fully fixed yet.

For prospective residents, though social facilities are among the best and it is a secure area, I do hope they can do something about the traffic jams at peak hours soon, particularly around the Kapurbawdi junction, to make commuting even easier every day.

Thane West has been a delightful place to live near Mumbai. Now, it offers really good connectivity to Mumbai. That has always been a reason behind my investment here. The Eastern Express Highway is nearby, and also the Central Railway line is also accessible from the neighbourhood. Now, I hear that the Metro Line 4 (Wadala-Thane-Kasarvadavali) will boost travel time in the future for the locality. Even though I don’t live here, I still hear news of the Ghodbunder Road being widened and the twin tunnels coming up to connect Borivali and Thane. BEST and TMT bus networks are anyway available here, with the Thane railway station being accessible here as well. Social infrastructure is properly developed here too, although the crime rate is slightly high in some stretches of the wider zone.
