Paras Tierea offers many types of luxury apartments from1BHK to 4BHK. The wide one of the most important factorsto consider when choosing an apartment. I needed a bigspacious house. The company is well established. Moreover,the building materials used for it are of high quality.
Before buying, I checked the plumbing, electricalinstallation, and water column. Ergonomic design and well-utilized space are two of the most important aspects ofParas Tierea.
Paras Tierea provides me with a wide range of amenitiesincluding a clubhouse of more than 45,000 square feet, andlush open spaces. The interior is designed to be functionaland reasonable, making effective use of space will help yourroom look more spacious.

The facilities are excellent. Particularly the gym is my personal favourite. But I wish maintenance can be improved.
Excellent location close to the Yamuna Expressway. I like the place for its amenites. However, traffic noise is sometimes overwhelming.
Budget friendly society. In noida flats rates are very high so in this society you get flat nearby rate 7000
The locality was to good it's near to delhi noida expressway, everything are good 👍!!!...
