Century Real Estate is a reliable builder with a reputation for good quality and planning. The area is serene but well-connected to Hebbal, Manyata Tech Park, and Kempegowda International Airport. Proximity to schools like Delhi Public School and hospitals like Aster CMI comes as a big convenience. Supermarkets and restaurants are also easily accessible. Facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, kids' play area, and others are part of the project. It is secure with adequate security and gate access. But public transport is still lacking in some areas of Jakkuru, and road widening activities in and around the area prove to be inconvenient.

The first and foremost thing here is the developer’s reputation. Century is a very big group in Bangalore and that is why buyers are investing here. Coming to the area, Electronic City is still about 1-1.30 hours away and you will have to commute a fair distance every day if you work here. But, considering how the Bellary Road is nearby (about 15 minutes), it is still doable. Actually, despite the workplace being slightly far, one appreciates the big apartment size and amenities they are offering. The sports facilities look promising, like the badminton court and tennis court.

Another consideration was the availability of healthcare facilities nearby, and there are options like Sparsh, Swasti and others. Yelahanka is nearby, which is a plus point for people working here and the layout proposed is just about spacious. Some local issues are there, but can be resolved, i.e. the proposed metro line issue that is stuck in legal complications and the storm water buffer zone development.
