Positives: I prefer this area because it's developing rapidly with new residential and commercial complexes on Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and KMP. Ryan International and GD Goenka schools, K.R. Manglam hospitals, and Omex Celebration malls are in proximity. Gurgaon and Delhi can be easily reached with Sohna Bus Stand and connectivity to NH-8. I love this locality so much. Negatives: Summer water shortages and limited public transport only concern me. Small room sizes and large hospitals or malls are not so common.
Positives: I adore living here since it's so a serene and greenish locality. It is distant from the urban commotion. It's extremely well-linked to Gurgaon and Delhi, and the growing infrastructure is a plus point. Housing is also more affordable here than elsewhere. Negatives: Occasionally, the water supply is a bit dodgy, which is slightly annoying. The public transport isn't as regular as I would like it to be, and the employment opportunities here are not as plentiful as in the main city.
Positives: This location is quite nice. It's calm with broad roads, well-planned residential complexes, and convenient connectivity to NH248. Everyday life is easy, and there are also parks and shopping complexes near it. Negatives: There is limited public transport, traffic gets jammed during rush hours, and property prices are increasing very fast. Waterlogging happens in some low-lying spots in heavy rains.
Positives: I appreciate that Sohna is a fast-growing locality with great road access to Gurgaon. There are lots of new developments, schools, hospitals, and malls, making it very comfortable and future-promising to live here. Negatives: The biggest negatives are the fact that there is limited public transport, so having one's own car is a necessity. We also periodically experience water shortages.
