The most Preferred location by Celebrities and VIP'S. Neelangarai has a Wonderful Beach access calm and Clean Area with Quick access to Leading Schools, Colleges and Malls and Theme Park, etc. Nice Locality. Heavy traffic on the peak hours like morning 9 am and evening 7 pm.Cost of Living in this area a little bit high comparatively to other areas.
