Most of the time, I use the OMR road and my bike; occasionally, I grab the Perungudi MRTS. My street feels secure, and I like how lively this neighborhood is. Reach Apollo Speciality Hospital and Chettinad clinics is possible when I need them. I notice excellent local schools like DAV and Bala Vidya Mandir available for families. Weekend strolls close to the Pallikaranai marsh side are a delight for me. Many of my neighbors work in IT, hence I enjoy them. Because those influence daily comfort, I really want less dump yard stench and improved drainage shortly.

The great bus system linking Chennai's important regions is my major transportation asset. I believe the area's main safety state is satisfactory. The fast five-minute journey to my office at the World Trade Center Chennai and the great availability of excellent eateries are two of my favourite things. As a tenant, I feel safe because the neighborhood is under thorough surveillance and always bustling. It's among the more expensive range for rent. RMZ Millennia and Ascendas IT Park are two close-by business venues. The rising high-rise housing projects now under construction seem like a hopeful future development. In my estimation, a big, well kept public playground or athletic facility is one thing missing and requiring considerable presence here.

Living here recently, I have so far had a great experience in Perungudi. Because of all the IT centers, I believe this is the main blood route of South Chennai. My perspective is that among the finest in the city is the road and railroad connections. I am amazed the government is about to do extensive infrastructure remodelling. The feel of the area is the finest feature. Large corporate centers like the World Trade Center Chennai are right next door. Easily available are bus transportation and MRTS link. The OMR is so nearby Phoenix Marketcity. Here along the major residential roads, I wish there were additional green parks and public areas.

Investing in Perungudi is something I actually enjoy with great satisfaction. For the whole IT corridor, I think the location is very central. The OMR is right here, and the Perungudi MRTS station is right near my home, hence the connectivity is excellent. With excellent police patrols, we always feel secure. Nearby Velachery, we frequently get together at Phoenix Marketcity. D.A.V. Public School is where my children attend, and Apollo Speciality Hospital is close by. Future connection will be greatly aided by the next Metro extension to St. Thomas Mount. For us residents, the poor air quality that occasionally results from the adjacent trash yard is the sole major worry.

A great location close to the busy IT corridor, Perungudi seemed quite safe. The many services include excellent education at Sangford Schools and superior medical care at Apollo Speciality Hospital. Though the Little Mount Metro was somewhat far, connectivity was excellent with the Perungudi Railway Station and simple access to OMR. Between several shopping malls and the tranquil Pallikaranai marshland close by, we found plenty of amusement. My grievance, however, was the cleanliness problem of inadequate trash removal and the ongoing traffic jams, which made OMR commute during rush hour irritating. It was the ideal spot for a working person looking for convenience and a strong community life even with the considerable congestion.
