I am a permanent resident of Rasayani, Navi Mumbai and I am happy with my residential experience. Since I have children I am happy with the fact that there are enough well-maintained parks in the locality. Good schools are also nearby and my children go to schools that are only a few kilometers away from our home. The problem is that the metro station is a little far from this area.

Rasayani, Navi Mumbai offers a luxurious lifestyle and since I used to live here for a long time before I moved out I know how good this place is for residential purposes. This place is safe and secure and there are enough police patrolling around the area. Crimes rarely occur in this locality. There is no water shortage and low pollution. The areas are clean and hygienic.

Rasayani, Navi Mumbai is a very beautiful place and is loved by nature lovers like me. This is why I love living here. What I also like about this place is the absence of traffic jams near the area. Cabs and autos are easily available around the locality. This locality has good road connectivity and public transport. What I don’t like about this locality the lack street lights and poor transport after 10 pm.

Living here for several years as a tenant in Rasayani, Navi Mumbai I have seen how this place has developed over the last decade. There are many malls and shopping complexes that are about a 5-minute walk from my home. There is also a swimming pool close to my home. This place is safe at night and the streets are clean too. There are ample parking spaces and no power cuts.
