Positives: I reside in this exceedingly inexpensive Noida section. I adore the open highways and the green. I am situated right in the centre of the city. I linger around Sector 12's neighbourhood centre. I am well supplied with water.

Negatives: The anarchic traffic drives me nuts. Every evening, I faced poor street lighting.

Positives: My time here in this main hub is excellent. My property has a good rental return. Metro Hospital is nearby. Close by, I eat at the renowned Brahmaputra Market. To get around, I employ the Sector 15 metro.
