Tambaram is a developed locality with excellent connectivity via rail, road, and air, making it a convenient location. It boasts top-rated educational institutions, hospitals, and shopping centers. However, it suffers from traffic congestion, resulting air pollution, and issues with garbage maintenance, stray dogs, and occasional power cuts.

It's a developed area near railway stations, airport markets, etc. Easy connectivity via metro is a plus point there. It is a safe place without power cut and good transportation facility. The local people are very helpful and have a loving attitude

The locality has a gated colony with partial construction done with boundary walls. The locality has nearby top-rated Schools and Colleges. It has nearby top-rated Hospitals. Easy accessibility to Major Roads in Chennai.Tambaram is a very great location and well connected by Tambaram Railway station also going to a terminus for all south trains. Transport facility is also good in this locality. It has easy access to 200ft bypass road and 400ft outer ring road, biggest bus terminus is coming up near Vandalur.
Well known Madras Christian college and many schools, shopping centres etc, are available.Too many street dogs lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. Even at night time the dogs entering almost all residential premises and damaging the cloths and slaughtering the pets and poor cats.Tambaram Traffic plays a major role in disliking this locality due to large number of vehicles transports into chennai which also results in air pollution. Tambaram road is terrific only in the monsoon season because the water gets logged and its difficult for us to drive. Power cut happens more often. Also garbage maintenance is a big issues now a days.
