Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida is a prime location that offers affordable residential properties. I am a resident of this locality and I find this place very useful for meeting residential purposes. The problem, however, is the waterlogged streets that cause heavy traffic congestion during the monsoon season. However, this locality has seen some major improvements over the past years.

Gautam Buddha University is the best location in Greater Noida with all facilities available within your reach. There are schools, restaurants, shopping complexes, groceries, and markets around the area. This locality also has a good parking facility and the neighborhoods are pretty clean and well-maintained. However, what I don't like is the heavy traffic at peak hours. This place is safer than most other places in Greater Noida.

I have been living in Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida as a tenant for a few years. This locality has all modern amenities and all transport connectivity like bus stands and metrorail are only 2 to 10 minutes away from my location. There are many schools and colleges near the location. It is also very close to the Jewar Airport. I am also happy with the parking facility that it provides within the locality.

Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, is one of the prime locations of Greater Noida. I have been living here for many years and I can tell this place is well connected to the major points of the city by public transport and good route connectivity. It is very close to the market hub and there are several shopping complexes and groceries nearby. Banks and ATMs are also available in this location.
