Location seems very nice and family-friendly. I invested because I work in Wipro nearby and it will help me save on commuting time. Many school near the project site as I found while driving around the area. Yamuna City, MSX and many other mall are also nearby.So could be a good investment.
Eldeco is a good developer and sales team was very helpful and cooperative. Project amenities are nice and I am happy that the new international airport is accessible from here. It will be a help for me. Also, the Eastern Peripheral Expressway is connected to area and so is Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. So connectivity-wise, lots of options.
Project seems fine and I invested for fair price and layout. But metro and all seem little far. Yes, offices and schools are there, but I think traffic congestion will be a problem unless they widen link roads more and make it move smoothly.
Investing here seems like a good decision for me. The project is being made by a reputed developer and I like the sports and other amenities. Location-wise, needed to stay close to Expressway and it is very close to project site. So that is the biggest win-win for me.
This is a well-developed area and I find that Pari Chowk is so near. At the same time, Yamuna Expressway access takes only a few minutes. I personally feel that location is only going to appreciate in future. Good developer and amenities promised are nice.
I like this project so much. Parking and GST charges are on top of that here.
Open grounds and running tracks look cool. Pool and gym are top class.
The clubhouse, spa, and sport facilities look good quality. Corner apartments receive good light.
The project has intelligent corner units, high ceiling height, professional landscaping, and complete attractive sports facilities.
I think this project is ieal for investors with Jewar Airport and BIC's proximity.
