Nothing much to be discouraged about project and area. So, Jaypee Greens township is big draw and Gaurs Legacy project is a mega one I think. Investment prospect is good and expressways are nearby. Also, there are so many amenities they are offering and social amenities are readily available in area. I think I will get quality life here when the project completes in the future.

Checked out the entire site and surrounding area thoroughly over several days before booking my unit here. Developer is trusted of course, and Jaypee Greens community is the icing on the cake. Yamuna Expressway and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway are easy to connect from site and found quite a few hospitals and schools nearby. So that makes me feel good.

When it comes to location, nothing beats this one. The Gaur Legacy project developer brand value is huge and being within the prime Jaypee Greens Township was a big plus for me. All major road and expressway nearby and so many retail stores.

This project seemed a good one to invest and I went ahead for the prime location. The area has developed a lot and there are all social amenities nearby. One of the best things is that the Yamuna Expressway is nearby, just about 3-4 km away. This will help me commute to my office in the future.

Very rarely have I seen such a project that is near so many major roads. So the Yamuna Expressway is only a few kilometers and the Surajpur-Kasna Road is right next to the project site. Also, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is just 500 meters away. Multiple schools and hospitals are nearby, making it a great place to invest. That's why I did.

Being close to our office and with the gym and club facilities here, life feels balanced now.
