Kasheli being a low-lying area in proximity to Vasai creek, faces water logging issues, especially during the peak monsoon season. Additionally, the metro station at Kasheli is still under construction for Orange Line 5, hence making it difficult to commute for commoners.

Due to the locality's proximity to industrial areas, the town does not have a lot of open spaces/parks for recreational activities.

While the liveability index of the locality is average due to the lack of recreational activities in the town and its distance from the city of Mumbai.
