I am attracted to this project because of its prime location on Sarjapur Road and extensive amenities and hence a profitable investment.
Purchasing a home in Prestige Smart City is something that interests me. It not quite ready. A wide range of sports facilities are undoubtedly offered by Prestige Smart City, including a gymnasium, children pool, swimming pool, tennis courts, cricket grounds, squash courts, kids' play areas with sand pits, basketball courts, jogging/cycle tracks, yoga areas, table tennis, snooker/pool/billiards, and skating rinks. I also think this property will be good for investment and will give good returns.
Prestige Smart City grabbed my attention since I am looking forward to purchasing an apartment. However, the project is not ready. It is strategically located and only about 1 km away from Sarjapur Road where I work. It is only a few kilometres away from Dabaspete Hosur Road. There are many shopping centres, groceries, ATMs, banks, markets in its vicinity. Hope this project is made available soon to homeowners for possession.

To the best of my knowledge, it has a range of unit sizes for purchase: 1 BHK with sizes between 634 and 666 square feet; 2 BHK with sizes between 944 and 974 square feet; 3 BHK with sizes between 1252 and 1387 square feet; and 4 BHK with sizes between 1490 and 3612 square feet.
The project is primarily situated on Sarjapur Road in East Bangalore, with excellent access to Dabaspete Hosur Highway and Sarjapur Road. Units in the project total 7957. The project is now in the middle stages. SBR Lucky, Virginia Mall, and Nexus Forum are just a few of the well-known shopping centers that are nearly ten kilometers from the site. Nearby are reputable schools like New Mecaulkay School and Sri Ram Public School. Good project.
