The amenities are great. They have a gym, swimming pool, and laundry facilities on site. The complex also has a wide park area and plenty of seating areas for relaxing after work or school. It's very close to the train station and bus routes which makes commuting easy.

The pool and sports facilities are great for children, the laundry room is big and clean, and having constant security is a big relief after my mostly unsupervised last apartment.
