There are massive land parcels owned by Reliance Industries in the area while the proposed Bamandongri railway station is  the nearest. The proposed Nhava Sheva-Sewri Sea-Link will be another major development that will boost connectivity in the area.Ulwe lies just 6 miles away from Panvel and offers access to the Panvel Creek. Ulwe is home to rich mangroves and two rivers. The Reliance SEZ is the showpiece commercial development in Ulwe while the Palm Beach Road lies 3.5 kilometres away from it. There is another railway station proposed to be developed while the upcoming Ulwe Coastal Road is another major development. Dronagiri and Kalamboli are both well linked to Ulwe. The proposed MTHL landing site is located nearby which is the six lane dual carriageway bridge linking Nhava, Sewri and Ulwe West. State and National Highways can be accessed through the important Amra Marg and this links the CBD in Navi Mumbai to the proposed Airport, Jawaharlal Nehru Port and other areas. The proposed international financial service centre will also boost commercial development near the stretch along with the Seawoods-Ulwe link from the Palm Beach Road. A diamond hub will also be developed near Ulwe in the future.Property prices have increased by approximately 3.45% in the area as per Q3 2015 and average prices stand at around INR 6, 215 per sq. ft. here for the same period.
