Living in Baner, I am a very happy owner and I believe this place was a good investment. Near the Baner-Pashan hills, the area glimmers with contemporary infrastructure, including wide highways, efficient drainage, and plenty of green spaces. Connectivity is noteworthy, as the soon-to-be Pune Metro Line 3 will have a station close by and today buses connect Baner well. Top colleges within reach include VIBGYOR High and Cambridge School, and hospitals like Jupiter and Lifepoint. Though the cost stays more reasonable than central Pune, the surroundings is welcoming, clean, and family-friendly. More focused community parks for children and weekend recreation would be one little change I would wish for.

Baner is my home, and I adore the blending of metropolitan amenities and mountain vistas. Local markets address daily needs; I swiftly arrive at IT centers and institutions. The peace of mind given by ambulances and medical assistance from nearby multidisciplinary institutions helps me. On weekends, I run on Baner Hill and check small lakes and green corners. Positives: Baner was ideal for my office travel as it was right near Hinjewadi IT Park. The energetic way of life was the finest part. I really enjoyed Balewadi High Street's great restaurants and nightlife. The Mumbai-Pune Expressway provided flawless connection, and nearby locations included Jupiter Hospital and The Orchid School. My apartment was a good place to live because of the demand for rentals it demonstrated for the neighbourhood’s attraction.

Negatives: During the hot summer months, I frequently had to count on water tankers for erratic water supply. Furthermore, the quick growth implied that some internal home residential streets lacked adequate street lighting.

Positives: I live in Baner and like the energetic attitude and residential convenience there. I like the blend of houses that have modern elements, nearby IT centers, and businesses. Negatives: Still, I have seen a few things that might get better: The water pressure in my building dips occasionally; trash collection services could be more reliable. Living close to the Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park makes me feel extremely fortunate. The combination of great social life and IT comfort close Hinjewadi appeals most to me.

Negatives: The only things that call for focus are the heavy traffic during peak office hours and, occasionally, the water supply might be inconsistent, therefore calling for tanker dependence.
