I think Sector 67 is beautiful with great high-rise views. I pay 45,000 rent for my flat. I think the rental yields are booming. I love hanging out at WorldMark. Transport is easy with on-call cabs. I dislike the high maintenance charges. The water is very hard. Security guards need better training.

Park Hospital is a recommendation for any medical requirement. Because it saves me a lot of travel time, I rent just for professional reasons. With rents on the higher side, I would say the neighborhood is not particularly cheap. The building dust from fresh projects bugs me. The absence of public streetlights is the major area requiring upgrading.

Hence my experience is excellent. Everyone should visit this neighbourhood, as Park Hospital and VIBGYOR High School are very near and beneficial. Because of the rigorous security in gated neighbourhoods, I feel especially safe for women in my family at night. I like the nice green parks and the lively atmosphere at M3M Urbana shopping. High rental returns from corporate tenants make my investment clearly worth it. Still, I wish for more street lighting on service roads and fewer power outages. Here is my best choice of life.
