Weekend bazaars and small cafes keep the area lively. I recommend long-term investment here. Traffic bottlenecks and ageing infrastructure are some problems in this area.

I love Palam Vihar for its peaceful, independent vibe. It is a well-established locality. Commuting is easy via the nearby IGI Airport and Huda City Centre Metro. Having Columbia Asia Hospital and Ansal Plaza close by is great. However, the broken interior roads and waterlogging are my major concerns.

Because the blocks are well-guarded, I believe women could find the area very safe at night. Local HUDA parks and shopping at Ansal Plaza are among my favourite past times. Here I see a decent rental yield. Still, I believe the old water pipes and fractured internal roadways require considerable work. Elegant choice here.
