I live here because it's famous for luxury high-rises. The strong advantages are the gated societies and great planning. I feel the neighbourhood is posh. I am near Polaris Hospital and VIBGYOR High School. My experiences are great, but I dislike the high maintenance and lack of public transport.

I love this area because it’s a prime spot on Golf Course Extension Road. I get great greenery and a modern environment. I feel safe in this premium locality. My rental yield income is excellent. My major frustrations are the frequent power cuts and the slow development of internal roads.
