Listing ID: #10468852

I live here, as Palam Vihar is famous for planned blocks. I enjoy greenery, and my experiences feel calm. I like the neighbourhood vibe and clear roads. I love airport connectivity and open parks. I trust Columbia Asia Hospital and Praesidium School. I feel disappointed by traffic and high maintenance charges.

I live here because it is famous for the Sector 18 proximity. I enjoy the great connectivity to Delhi. I feel the neighbourhood planning is very convenient. My experiences with Kailash Hospital and Marigold School are wonderful. My suggestions face two disappointments: very old building conditions and limited car parking.

I own a home here in Palam Vihar, which feels peaceful to me. I enjoy city access, and my experiences stay positive. I like its location near the airport roads. I enjoy greenery and clean sectors. I feel proud living here and earn steady rental income. I face traffic rush and drainage issues during the monsoon.

My suggestions focus on Palam Vihar’s fame as a premium, low-density residential hub near Delhi. My experiences show clients love the independent floors. My suggestions highlight high rental yields and great resale value. Residents get advantages from proximity to the airport. However, my experiences indicate that internal road levelling and drainage definitely need improvement.

I suggest Palam Vihar to families wanting spacious residential plots. My experiences show residents get great facilities like Maurya School nearby. I suggest this for people working in Udyog Vihar office hubs. However, I believe the local authorities must repair the damaged pavements and improve the municipal water pressure to satisfy my clients.

I think Palam Vihar is famous for its independent floors. I am located right near the Delhi border. My experiences with high rental yield from airline staff are great. The upcoming metro expansion looks promising. My suggestions address two disappointments, including the frequent power cuts and the need for better local garbage collection.

I live in this beautiful, green township. My experiences are great because I am near Columbia Asia Hospital and Maurya School. I enjoy Rezang La Park. I feel the rents are quite high here. I suggest improving the street lighting and security, as these two things bother us every day.

I must say the locality offers independent houses, builder floors, and low-rise apartments. I suggest Palam Vihar for airport connectivity and Dwarka access. Dwarka Sector 21 Metro is nearby. Weekend bazaars and small cafes keep the area lively. I recommend long-term investment here. Traffic bottlenecks and ageing infrastructure are some problems in this area.

I love Palam Vihar for its peaceful, independent vibe. It is a well-established locality. Commuting is easy via the nearby IGI Airport and Huda City Centre Metro. Having Columbia Asia Hospital and Ansal Plaza close by is great. However, the broken interior roads and waterlogging are my major concerns.

I think Palam Vihar is beautiful with its well-established plan. I love the high rental demand here. I enjoy hanging out at the Rezang La War Memorial. The area links via Atul Kataria Chowk to NH-48. However, I think the locality needs better waste management and cleaner footpaths.

My experiences are excellent, and I reside here. Every day for my travel I ride the Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 metro.I advise families to use this region since it seems very secure and safe. Having Manipal Hospital close and life is wonderful. Broken roads and saltwater disgust me.

My life here is wonderful since the surroundings are quite green. I like to be near to my Udyog Vihar and Ansal Plaza office. Walking in Tau Devi Lal Park is a favourite of my family. Students will find it quite practical. Slow garbage collection and congested traffic cause me headaches.

My experiences show a strong family appeal and peaceful, tree-lined streets. Daily travel is aided by fast connections to NH‑48, Dwarka Expressway and Udyog Vihar. For schools nearby and safety, I give top priority. I observe waterlogging in monsoon and poor pedestrian safety close to schools, necessitating some development here.

Living in Palam Vihar makes me quite content, and my days here seem peaceful and straightforward. I appreciate how helpful local businesses, markets, and tuk-tuk services are for me as a renter. For trips, I utilise NH8 and Dwarka Expressway; occasionally I visit the nearest metro at HUDA City Centre. For any emergency, Medanta Hospital is my go to choice. I spot GD Goenka University students nearby. I live here since my workplace is close to Cyber City and travel feels doable. Gated areas make me feel safe; I appreciate pockets of open space and greenery. Compared to central Gurgaon, I find rent reasonable. Sometimes water cuts irritate me. Here, drainage and footpaths need quick enhancement.

I advise Palam Vihar as I believe it provides the greatest bungalow-style living near the Delhi border. I believe its closeness to the airport and Dwarka Expressway sets it above others. For top institutions like Maurya School and excellent care at Columbia Asia Hospital, I would recommend it. I see locals loving the close proximity to the Palam Vihar railway station. Because the blocks are well-guarded, I believe women could find the area very safe at night. Local HUDA parks and shopping at Ansal Plaza are among my favourite past times. Here I see a decent rental yield. Still, I believe the old water pipes and fractured internal roadways require considerable work. Elegant choice here.
