Currently, I reside in Yelahanka. I appreciate the green and the simple airport connection. I take the Nagasandra metro to go around. Here, my encounters are suitable for my family. My recommendations are to address the high-water costs and the heavy traffic at the key intersection. Here, my life seems rather calm.

For several reasons, I am ecstatic living in Yelahanka. With close markets, I effortlessly satisfy daily requirements. I take BMTC buses. I unwind at little coffee shops and Allalasandra Lake. Columbia Asia Hospital is where I go to. I stay here for peace and reasonable rent. Lack of roadway repairs and sluggish metro work irritate me.

I especially suggest Yelahanka as I observe demand among families and airport workers. I emphasize access to Kempegowda Airport. Nearby also are institutions, schools, and Columbia Asia Hospital. I indicate bus connections and NH-44. Areas requiring development include metro delays, small entertainment districts, and inner road repairs, as I clearly point out.

My life in Yelahanka delights me greatly. NH44 and Airport Road make my traveling simple. For children, I recommend Vidyashilp Academy. For medical requirements, I go to Manipal Hospital. I enjoy visiting Third Wave on weekends for coffee. Sadly, I have to confess that the scarcity of the Cauvery River supply bothers me a lot.

Well developed area with good connectivity and full of greenery shopping malls

With quiet areas like Yelahanka Lake providing a true escape from the mayhem of the metropolis, the neighbourhood is quite green. Walking about makes me feel safe. Knowing the neighbourhood is mostly families and well-planned grounds generates a lovely community mood. The excellent road access is the main benefit. Particularly given how close one is to the airport, travel is very easy. Given its proximity to excellent schools and hospitals, it's a great place to live and I strongly advise it. Although all is excellent, the one service I want to quickly improve is steady Lowering our reliance on tankers, Cauvery provides water throughout all residential districts.

Yelahanka is just a must-see for its amazing development prospects if you're exploring North Bangalore. Its distinguishing characteristic is unmatched proximity to Kempegowda International Airport and outstanding road and rail connections including the Yelahanka Junction, hence guaranteeing excellent connectivity. Families will find the perfect setting in the area's strong social environment with excellent healthcare and premier educational institutions including Canadian International School. Driven by ongoing infrastructural developments like the Bengaluru Business Corridor, property here is relatively inexpensive and gives appealing investment entry points as well as consistent rental returns. Abundant green cover improves liveability. Still, for resident safety, the internal roads of the area sometimes lack sufficient lighting, therefore they need fast renovation. Yelahanka provides serene life with great future investment.

For me, Yelahanka ticks all the boxes, to say the least. I found the property prices affordable than many other places. The Namma Metro’s Phase 2 connectivity will also be a huge boost for the residents here. It will also transform the entire profile of Yelahanka. Civic and social infrastructure is decently available by now, since the area has been around for a long time. I like living here, although there are some issues with waste management and sanitation.

I am an IT professional who wanted a family-friendly place to settle down in Bangalore, and that’s when I chose Yelahanka. The budget was suitable back then, although I hear that property prices have zoomed up considerably in the recent years. I also fly back to my native place in Chennai regularly, and this is why easy access to the airport was a priority for me. It’s about 25-30 minutes away from Yelahanka, which is a huge plus point indeed. Yes, the distance from the heart of Bangalore is quite a bit, although I have happily made that compromise till now.

I begin my day touring apartments, and I like the region's tranquility coupled with development. The locality is well-connected by direct road access to the airport and NH44, a key railway hub, and the soon-to-be-launched Namma Metro Phase 2 B. Big plots, lakes and parks provide ample greenery and fresh air. New residential complexes and schools make it family-oriented. Prices are lower than in central Bangalore and provide larger houses for the price. There is consistent rental demand from airport personnel and IT commuters, and proximity to tech parks. Local hospitals, bazaars and weekly amenities are within reach. I highly recommend Yelahanka for value buyers looking for long term appreciation. Two areas for improvement are the patchy roads and drainage maintenance, and the lack of more organized commercial office centers.

Yelahanka is a good place for families and middle-class professionals. I like the fact that the airport is usually accessible in about 25-30 minutes. This suits me, since I have to fly out for work almost every month. At the same time, the NH-44/Bellary Road is easily accessible, along with the Doddaballapur Road and the Outer Ring Road. The Blue Line extension of the metro will happen soon, and it will boost the connectivity hugely. The area is home to multiple projects by top developers, while the pollution levels and noise are also lower than in many other places. I like the Yelahanka Lake and its jogging track here. The water quality is also softer and better. Yet, the lifestyle amenities need to be improved here, while the distance from the city centre is a lot.

I am a long-term owner here, and Yelahanka is the ideal combination of city convenience and tranquility. For an owner, it being affordable is a big plus, allowing us to afford more area than anywhere else in Bangalore. It is well connected, with the Airport, major roads like NH 44, and the future Blue Line Metro extension. This locality is actually green, and the laid-back atmosphere, combined with its closeness to corporate areas such as Manyata Tech Park. The major roads are good, and I always suggest this area to all. The only big highlight for change is that the internal roads and the local drainage mechanisms require major and immediate upgrading.

One good thing about living in Yelahanka is that it is a locality that is poised for major infrastructural development in the future. The metro station is being built on the Blue Line. Once it happens, it will possibly connect the residents to the Central Silk Board terminus and other areas. NH-44 to Jakkur will be connected through the 12-meter road also. So, appreciation-wise, I'm expecting something decent in the coming few years. Another thing is that the area is overall home to a good community of people. Many reputed developers have made housing projects here, and social amenities are also being developed rapidly. Yes, ongoing road construction and the traffic jams that pile up are a major issue, but I hope they will be cleared soon.

I am a long term tenant here, and I thoroughly recommend it. Airport and ORR are nearby so traveling is convenient. Yelahanka Junction railway station and future metro provide connectivity. New malls, schools and hospitals are just short drives away. Lakes and green oases make the place nice. Contemporary apartment schemes provide good value for money compared to central Bangalore. Rental activity is on the up thanks to infrastructure development. Local cafes and markets are convenient. Roads are better but require greater maintenance and traffic management. Civic facilities such as drainage, planned parking, trash management and the frequency of public transport require targeted upgrade immediately. I highly recommend living here.

Positives: While I was residing in Yelahanka, I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the prevalence of green areas. The area is well-developed, with broad roads and a number of parks, which makes it a perfect place for going for a morning walk and relaxing in the evenings. Connectivity was a big positive; the Yelahanka Railway Station and the closeness to the Kempegowda International Airport ensured easy travel. Moreover, the availability of good schools and hospitals in the vicinity made sure that all basic facilities were readily available. Nonetheless, I did observe that the drainage system was not up to the mark, with intermittent waterlogging at times during heavy rainfall. Improving that would make overall living in the area even better.
