I think Sector 1 is famous for its wide roads and greenery. I am located near the FNG Expressway. My experiences with high rental yield from professionals are great. The upcoming metro bridge looks promising. My suggestions address two disappointments: the slow commercial development and poor sewage maintenance in some spots.

I live in this beautiful, open area. I find it very peaceful here. Advantages for me include being near Yatharth Hospital and St John’s School. I enjoy hanging out at Galaxy Diamond Plaza. Rents are quite affordable. However, the lack of last-mile connectivity and frequent power cuts bother us every day.

I suggest Sector 1 for long-term buyers. I see strong growth and better prices in this area. I see facilities like Gaur City Mall, DPS School, and Yatharth Hospital nearby. I appreciate the metro access via Sector 52 and easy road travel to Sector 62 offices. I advise clients about the limited nightlife in this area.

I love Sector 1, Greater Noida, for its spaciousness. The Aqua Line Metro makes commuting easy. Yatharth Hospital and Gaur City Mall are super close. I enjoy the massive green belts. The Knowledge Park office hub is also closed. However, I face frequent waterlogging and poor street lighting here.

My recommendations always underline how safe gated communities like ACE Divino are. I advise bearing in mind the constant building dust and sporadic power surges.

I am safe walking around; the verdant parks and tidy society gardens here are pleasing. I believe rent here is lower. I want more late-night buses here soon to simplify life, and I do wish last-mile public transportation within Sector 1 were better.

With strong police patrolling and gated communities that are safe, I think the region is quite safe for women after dark. I love the plants in neighbourhood parks and shopping at Gaur City Mall nearby. Here I see a great rental return. I believe the construction dust and infrequent public transportation, though, have serious need of upgrading. This location is a goldmine waiting to open.

Living in Greater Noida's Sector 1, which is a very quiet and organised neighbourhood, makes me very pleased. Because of the broad roadways and quick FNG Expressway connection to Noida and Delhi, this region is appealing. I advise this location since Yatharth Hospital and Ryan International School are only a short drive away. With the active security in gated communities, I feel women are safe here at night. For my daily workout, I like the lush vegetation and spacious parks. I notice my investment increasing significantly as office goers produce high rental profits. I believe, nevertheless, that we have to develop local shopping complexes more quickly and have more frequent public transportation. My best choice is my house here.

Positives: Nearby Gaur City markets make the location inexpensive and generally secure. If necessary, I walk to Ryan and Sarvottam International schools and check at the adjacent Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital. My family appreciates the tranquillity and excellent road accessibility.

Negatives: Here, I hate dust, the tardiness of public transportation, congestion, cleanliness deficits, and poor streetlights.

Positives: I find the safety and proximity to Fortis Hospital and Ryan International very helpful. My experiences are positive because of the great connectivity. I spend weekends at The Grand Venice Mall with family. Greenery is excellent.

Negatives: I am concerned about urgent drain repairs and the rising construction dust I dislike.
