Positives: Gachibowli is exceedingly well linked it's barely 5 km from HITEC City and near the Financial District. Outer Ring Road goes right through, metro is being extended, and national roads connect to nearly all areas of Hyderabad. Renowned schools such as Phoenix Greens, Kendriya Vidyalaya, International B-Schools, large hospitals, malls, and a high concentration of IT companies. Prices are appreciating, which is a boon for investment. Negatives: Traffic gets heavily jammed , particularly in rush hours, and heavy construction at times slows it down. Secondly, some of the internal roads get flooded during rains and waterlogging is an issue. Furthermore, summer season has water supply problems since groundwater levels deplete.

Positives: The area is a fast-developing one and I moved here when property values were still affordable. Happy to stay near my workplace and there is a huge business cluster, with top MNCs like Amazon, Infosys, Microsoft, Deloitte- you name it and it’s there! Good IT and services crowd in the locality is another plus point, along with the hospitals like Sunshine, Himagiri, and also the reputed institutions like IIT, ISB, and the University of Hyderabad. Negatives: I find it quite attractive even today, despite the slight increase in living costs. Yes, traffic can be intimidating at times, but nothing takes away from the convenience of staying here.

Positives: It was the smartest financial move we ever made to move to Gachibowli. It is literally the Silicon Valley of Hyderabad. I adore residing here because my property value has skyrocketed, and I can walk to my office in the Financial District. We have top-class schools like ISB and top-class hospitals like Continental just a stone's throw away, and from Sarath City Mall to the Outer Ring Road, everything is around the corner. The state-of-the-art roads and overall security here are just the best. Negatives: That being said, two aspects always irritate us as homeowners, such as the maintenance fees and property taxes are quite steep, mirroring this prime location. Secondly, the traffic jams around the main intersection during office hours are unpardonable, worse still in the vicinity of the Wipro Circle.

Positives: As a homeowner here, I can assure you Gachibowli is where the action is. It is pure gold for investment. As the prime IT hub with companies like Microsoft and Amazon, the demand for my property is always going through the roof, ensuring tremendous rental returns. The planning is up-to-date, with broad roads and direct entry from the Outer Ring Road (ORR), so the Airport is absolutely quick to access. The quality of life is great. We have ISB standard schools here, gigantic sports complexes, and all types of contemporary amenities within walking distance. It's very convenient. Negatives: Honestly, the only thing that annoys me is peak-hour road congestion near the main office areas, but that only demonstrates how central and vital this location is!
