I find Ghodbunder Road beautiful because of the Yeoor Hills. I feel the rental demand is high. The connectivity of this locality is quite good. I really love the local cafes and my hangout at Viviana Mall. I have easy TMT bus access. I hate the noisy construction. The footpaths are broken.

I recommend it for the flawless Western and Eastern Express Highways connection. Families receiving excellent care at Titan Hospital and sending their children to Hiranandani Foundation School abound here. Due to the vivid, large roadways and continuous traffic, I consider it extremely secure for women at night. I adore the amusing Suraj Water Park and the walking paths at Gaimukh Waterfront. I observe a high rental yield here. Still, I think the high water tankers and morning traffic congestion should really improve.

Living on Ghodbunder Road makes me quite glad since I love wide roadways, deliberate development, and a straightforward daily life here.
