Large, well-ventilated rooms with quick access to Juhu Beach, D Mart, and the Western Express Highway are available at Lodha One. Overall, great project.

We own a 4BHK flat, and since we have children, we find this project very convenient. The kid?s play area is pretty big, where our children play in the evening. We also go for a morning walk. It my favourite time of the day. Both our children go to Russell Square International School, only a few kilometers from our apartment. Other good schools are also located nearby. The market and ATM is also in its vicinity.

Lodha One offers great security. Strangers are barely allowed inside. We did not get fresh water at our old apartment all the time and faced serious issues with a water shortage. However, after moving here, we have never faced any issues with the water supply. We get a fresh water supply all day, and finally I am relieved. The environment is serene and calm, and it is surrounded by greenery. This is what I love about this place.
