I have been a permanent resident of Ghodbunder for several years and am planning to extend the span. The place has markets and shops nearby and is suitable for families. It has been growing well as a real estate hotspot due to the availability of transport services. I have lived on Ghodbunder Road for several years and had a great experience living there. The place has beautiful scenery which is best for evening walks. The growth of public transport is also seen which will also serve as a good means for the people staying there. They have some good restaurants which can be visited for having delightful savors. Also, it is a pollution-free area and is best for senior citizens.
I am a permanent resident of Ghodbunder Road, Thane, and am living for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with the location. The location is close to transport facilities. The place has developed schools such as Narayana E-Techno School and Idhyah Global School. The locality here is safe and secure. Naneghat is a good spot to roam in the area. Also, the neighborhood is very friendly.
Location is very nice with good connectivity and high rent yields. Upcoming developments are expected metro area
I have been a tenant of Ghodbunder Road for almost 5 years and am somewhere happy living here with my family. The availability of good schools is a bright side. The hospitals are near the area which makes it easier for my parents to visit there. But, there is a problem with the water supply.
I have been a tenant of Ghodbunder for almost 3 years and have been living alone. The best thing about the place is the behavior of the neighbors which has helped me adopt the culture. There are good places for spending time alone such as Upvan Lake. One backdrop of this locality is the presence of too many real estate companies which makes the area prone to traffic jams.
