The dense traffic on 2nd Avenue makes me quite irate. To avoid monsoon flooding, the drainage system has to be improved in my opinion.

I like my morning walks in the great Tower Park foliage. My investment provides me very high-profile tenant rental yields. Still, I need a fast solution for better stormwater drainage and weekend traffic congestion. Chennai's top address is surely this one.
