I feel Undri is famous for its cool climate and greenery. I am located perfectly near NIBM. My experiences include getting great rental income from expats. Upcoming ring road developments look promising. My suggestions address the two major disappointments, like poor garbage management and frequent power cuts. We need better infrastructure soon.

I love this beautiful, green area. My experiences are great because Bishop’s School and Ruby Hall Clinic are so close. I enjoy hanging out at Clover Hills Plaza. My rent is very reasonable for this locality. However, the narrow roads and lack of public buses bother us every day. I'm staying.

I see big value in Undri. I know its connectivity via NH-65, NIBM Road and buses is strong. Near Bishop’s School, Euro School and good hospitals like Lifeline. I tell my clients this area is rising for investment. However, I highlight water supply issues and narrow internal roads that need fixing for better living.

I love my flat at Undri because it is so peaceful and green locality. Commuting to SP Infocity or Magarpatta is quite easy from my house. Being near Ruby Hall Clinic and Dorabjee’s Heritage Mall is a huge plus. However, the lack of municipal water and terrible internal potholes are major drawbacks.

I pay reasonable rent. I think Undri is very beautiful with its hill views. I love the vibe of the local cafes and the nearby malls for shopping. Transport is good here, and local buses are also available. I just wish we had better drainage, regular water supply, and more sidewalk space.

I enjoy my life here since the surroundings are quite new. Being close to my work and the neighborhood eateries makes me very happy. For kids with numerous nearby institutions, I believe it is rather practical. I struggle, though, with excessive construction dust and exceedingly poor public transportation access inside the area.

I have a flat in Undri, and my experiences are really excellent. For trips inside the city, I make use of the Swargate Metro. I recommend this region for families. Life is quiet with the Corinthians Club nearby. Narrow roads and dependency on the water tanker disgust me.

I advise my clients to give Undri first priority for its trees. My events demonstrate that families are free of harm. Being close to Dorabjee's Mall is really practical for me. My recommendations always bring attention to the outstanding local institutions. For better living, the limited highways and water system call for significant change.

Living as a tenant in Undri makes me very delighted. Here my experience is excellent because the surroundings are quite quiet and verdant. For health, I advise Satyanand Hospital, as it is rather dependable. Although the Swargate Metro is around 10 kilometres away, it is my primary link to the city. I travel on the local buses from Undri Gaon. My thought is that the rent is rather reasonable. I am quite troubled by the terrible road conditions and insufficient PMC water supply, though. Soon, I hope the government improves the interior roads.

I advise Majiwada as I think for families Thane West's most perfect starting point. Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

My advice Undri since I believe families would find unsurpassed advantage in the fresh air and vegetation. Being near Hadapsar and NIBM makes it a particularly attractive location for those in the IT industry, in my opinion. I propose checking at the top schools here like Bishops and EuroSchool. I witness people taking simple drives along the Katraj-Kondhwa Road. Because of the active gated communities, I believe the neighbourhood is quite safe for women at night. Ruby Hall Clinic nearby for medical need. The great rent return for my investors delights me. Still, I believe the confined interior roads and intermittent water supply problems desperately require fixing. Investing here provides a breath of fresh air.

I really like my life in Undri since it seems like a tranquil hill station just inside Pune. As the Katraj-Hadapsar Bypass and NIBM Road make my trip very smooth, I have a fantastic connectivity experience. Because premier schools like Bishop's Co-Ed and Delhi Public School are just around the corner, and Lifeline Hospital is quite nearby for any medical needs. With high rental returns from IT experts employed in nearby Magarpatta and SP Infocity, my investment has completely repaid itself. But I actually believe we should provide a fast update for the small, uneven roadways and a long-lasting solution for reliance on the water tanker. For those who value both convenience and nature, living here is really a gift.

Positives: I stayed in Undri and delighted in the low rent. Bishop's, close by, was among several huge institutions I discovered. Fresh air and trees felt very lovely. I arrived at Magarpatta IT Park quickly by road.

Negatives: I struggled with inadequate street lighting. Many times, the shortage of water made my everyday life quite challenging.

Positives: My rental income here is average. Therefore, it would be a wise investment. Life is really simple when Dmart and EuroSchool are close by. We enjoy weekends at Corinthians Club.

Negatives: The public transportation is frankly terrible because it's an outlier. Although the vegetation and drainage are good, big malls are also missing.

Positives: Staying here is great for my family since it is both inexpensive and safe. We go to Ruby Hall Clinic for checkups. It is nearby Bishop's School. Transport is mostly cabs and buses.

Negatives: Water restrictions, tiny roadways, and intense traffic jams bother us, actually. The infrastructure needs quick attention, in my opinion.
