    I recently relocated to Wakad, and I am actually rather quite ecstatic. Wakad seems to be a good fit on the western edge of Pune; I get to Hinjewadi rapidly. The Wakad Chowk metro and BMTC buses shorten my commute. I see that some lanes still stink after torrential rains even though the sewage drains are mostly clear. The abundance of stores, coffee shops, and stores close by astounded me most. For me, compared to central Pune, the perfect scenario would be green open areas and more subdued roadways. Nearby, I find Aditya Birla Memorial and Lifepoint hospitals as well as EuroSchool, a school nearby. Being near business centers also helps me. More evening parking capacity, I believe, would benefit people like me.

    I am pleased with my investment here. Living in Wakad with my family, I love mornings. Wakad connects via Paud Road, the Mumbai-Pune highway, and the Hinjewadi IT corridor, though it is not in the heart of Pune. Travel will be quicker thanks to the future Pune Metro Line 3 and Wakad Chowk station. Buses and autos are often seen in my area. One short walk away are daily necessities, stores, and medical facilities. Green spaces and designs around my block mark the neighbourhood. I feel safe with the usual police patrols. Balewadi High Street is my favourite place to hang out. My child attends EuroSchool, and the neighbouring hospital, Lifepoint Multispeciality, is where I visit. Heavy peak hour Wakad Road traffic is my first worry.

    Living so close to the Hinjewadi IT Park gave me such a strong sense of purpose. Wakad was a vibrant place. The wonderful road system, including the Mumbai Highway, and the planned Metro Line 3 offered flawless future connection made my experience there very practical. In our neighbourhood, safety was never a concern. With respected schools like Euro School and dependable healthcare at Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital, the region had strong social infrastructure development. Entertainment was easily accessible at Xion mall not far away. Daily life was needlessly stressful because of limited water supply and heavy peak-hour traffic congestion. The difficult city services Despite those fundamental civil growing pains, it was a booming, well-placed spot.

    This amazing place appealed to me when I purchased my house there for its excellent connectivity, modern infrastructure, and proximity to major business centres and lifestyle conveniences. I am certain about value and comfort given the future subway expansion and broad roadways. Being back home in minimal time after stepping outside for a fast shopping excursion or café visit is my most loved element. More green open areas inside the residential developments and more constant water supply throughout peak summers are two little things I would like to see changed. Still, I really advise Wakad as a place to live and invest.
