Here, Sector 137 strikes me as serene and contemporary. Thanks to the Sector 137 metro station, my daily journey is basic. A little journey brings you to schools, banks, and stores. From adjacent hospitals and multispeciality centres, medical assistance and ambulances arrive rapidly. The towers have gardens and the neighboring canal and open areas offer a sensation of spaciousness and fresh air. With steady resale values and rents, this neighborhood is ideal for first-time purchasers and renters. Better permanent community markets and more covered sidewalks to local stops are something I think will benefit residents.

More local stores and late-night food joints could help, though. It is a good five-star place for both investors and families generally speaking.

Given this area's contemporary vibe and accessibility, I purchased a flat here. Living here means I can easily reach major highways like the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and FNG Expressway as well as the Aqua Line station. Large residential developments, great trees, and simple access to markets, schools, and hospitals abound in the neighbourhood. For long-term investment, the property value also looks to be excellent. The combination of new infrastructure with relative quiet in contrast to inner city neighbourhoods is what I like best. One area for improvement would be more variety in local entertainment venues and more reinforcement of last-mile connection in some areas. Aside from this little warning, I strongly suggest Sector 137 as a home.

Very nice society

I used to live in Sector 137 a couple of years ago before moving to Mumbai. The markets are 2 to 3 km away from the apartment where I lived and regular police patrolling in and around the neighborhood ensured safety and low crime rates. Parks and roads were well-maintained as well, and there were many restaurants where we spent most of our weekends. Cabs and autos were available too.

Being an owner, I can say that the locality has all the necessary things to fulfill the demand of the local people. I have never encountered issues such as power cuts, or shortages of water, and there is good availability of drinking water. The drainage system is well-maintained as well. Providing good schooling to my children has never been a problem due to all the well-reputed schools in close vicinity.

Sector 137 is one of the hottest residential destinations in Noida and inarguably one of the best neighborhoods. It is close to corporate workspaces and the availability of ample public transport options make commuting easier. It has good connectivity to Greater Noida and Delhi via the FNG Expressway and Noida Expressway. The locality features some of the best schools such as Genesis Global School, Indraprastha Global School, JBM Global School, etc.

From Domino’s and KFC to McDonald’s, local markets, healthcare clinics, and a few schools, mostly what you want will be available here or even nearby. The Expressway connectivity and Aqua Line metro are the biggest plus points, along with good civic infrastructure. Plenty of townships and gated societies have been built here by top developers, which have raised the profile of the neighbourhood in my opinion.

The issues that I have include some deserted stretches with poor lighting (needs to be fixed immediately), and how the locality feels really desolate and not as lively after sunset.

Sector 137 in Noida has been a good investment for my family, particularly since we use the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway regularly. This major lifeline is not hard to access from our residential community. The safety levels are very good and my wife and sister have never reported feeling unsafe or any incidents till date. The local markets are very good, with all necessities available at reasonable prices.

The only thing is that the Noida city centre and other prominent localities may be slightly far away. It may feel far, although you do get some relief from the daily bustle.

Positives: Living in Sector 137 was a great experience mostly because it seemed so self-contained and linked. Having our own Metro stop right on the Aqua Line was a great convenience. With Felix Hospital nearby and leading institutions including SKS World School, the area excelled in healthcare. Working at a company like Genpact saved my life with my short journey. Demand for rentals was strong. The society buildings provided many amenities inside.

Negatives: Particularly during the summer, the water supply was frequently erratic, which generated many difficulties. The general trash management system also seemed insufficient, which caused some outlying areas to exhibit cleanliness problems.

Positives: I reside here and while I love many things about this gorgeous Sector 137. Also, some problems need to be fixed. Travel and housing possibilities are quite convenient. Contemporary conveniences and green areas add to everyday enjoyment.

Negatives: Still, I have seen three areas needing attention. It includes the drainage system in particular areas causes waterlogging during heavy rains, municipal waste collection is occasionally late in inner roads, and local bus-feeder connections to certain neighborhoods are poor. Notwithstanding the aforementioned gaps, I am happy to buy property here. I also firmly believe that this exquisite sector provides great long-term value.
