Near the Baner-Pashan hills, the area glimmers with contemporary infrastructure, including wide highways, efficient drainage, and plenty of green spaces. Connectivity is noteworthy, as the soon-to-be Pune Metro Line 3 will have a station close by and today buses connect Baner well. Top colleges within reach include VIBGYOR High and Cambridge School, and hospitals like Jupiter and Lifepoint. Though the cost stays more reasonable than central Pune, the surroundings is welcoming, clean, and family-friendly. More focused community parks for children and weekend recreation would be one little change I would wish for.

    Positives: Baner was ideal for my office travel as it was right near Hinjewadi IT Park. The energetic way of life was the finest part.
