Positives: I stayed in Hadapsar for a short period, and I liked the blend of residential peace and industrial growth very much. The place has proper connectivity through NH-65 and Magarpatta Road, which makes it easy to commute to Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, and Pune Airport. There are quality schools such as Pawar Public School and The Lexicon School, and hospitals like Noble and Sahyadri nearby. Malls such as Seasons and Amanora provide shopping and entertainment facilities, and having parks and gyms available means it is easy to stay active. Negatives: On the negative side, traffic jams during rush hours were frustrating. Pollution was evident with industrial complexes, and parking areas were scarce in residential apartments. Omitting these problems, my stay was safe, convenient, and lively, creating fond memories of Hadapsar.
Positives: Relocating to Hadapsar was an intelligent decision due to the great employment opportunities around, particularly in and around Magarpatta and the IT park. The simply phenomenal aspect of having huge malls such as Amanora and Seasons at a mere five minutes' distance is wonderful for weekend shopping, which has also made the stay very comfortable. The transport connectivity is also quite unexpectedly good, connecting me to the rest of Pune very conveniently. Negatives: Too bad that all this growth has such serious downsides. To begin with, traffic along the main street is just plain hellish at rush hour. Furthermore, the older residential side lanes have chronic water shortages. It is hard to find dedicated, safe footpaths. Moreover, the daily construction noise and dust from new developments are impossible to avoid.
Positives: The area is well established with large residential developments such as Amanora Park Town, Kumar Pebble Park, and Runwal Seagull. NH-65, Magarpatta Road, and Hadapsar Railway Station, while Pune Airport is around 9 km away. Housing societies in Hadapsar provide residents with access to premier schools such as Pawar Public School and The Lexicon School, hospitals like Sahyadri and Noble Hospital, and shopping malls such as Seasons Mall and Amanora Mall. Restaurants, gyms, and parks complement the lively lifestyle here. Negatives: Peak hour traffic congestion particularly main roads and water logging during monsoons can be irritating. There is also high noise and air pollution because of heavy traffic. Rents and property values are rising rapidly.
Positives: I appreciate the comfort and dynamism of the area. Being close to my office in Magarpatta City is a big relief, and my travel time is minimal. We are so blessed to have great social infrastructure; all one needs is available from high-grade hospitals such as Sahyadri to D-Marts and the Seasons Mall for Saturday shopping. It's an entire, autonomous ecosystem. Negatives: Traffic and monsoon flooding are my two top issues for sure. Traffic congestion during peak hour near Gadital is pandemonium, frequently resulting in frustrating parking problems within the tight internal lanes. And in the case of heavy rain, waterlogging is a huge issue because the drainage system requires a huge overhaul. Apart from those headaches, the convenience and development potential here make it an awesome, lively place to live.
