Positives Positives: My life in Undri is enjoyable. My building generates a 4% rental yield. For medical reasons, I visit Ruby Hall Clinic. Usually, I eat at The Corinthians Resort. Along NIBM Road, I have a simple commute.
Things to Consider Negatives: I abhor the dusty atmosphere and scarcity of a direct metro route. I need greater street lighting.

Positives Positives: In Undri I am a small, happy renter. The prominent Corinthians Resort and dense green woods give this location its special character. Although not exactly centrally located, it is quite close to the SP Infocity and Magarpatta offices. My experience as a renter is adequate because the site is lovely and rents are relatively inexpensive as opposed to Kharadi. Though it's a bit far, I get to travel with the Swargate Metro stop. Ruby Hall Clinic and RIMS International School are among well-known nearby locations. I always go to Clover Hills Plaza for amusement.
Things to Consider Negatives: Although safety is usually excellent, I believe some locations close to the slopes are crime-ridden and need more police monitoring. Rather than trucks, I really require a straight PMC water connection.

Positives Positives: I am a rather delighted owner at Undri. The great surroundings and clean air have helped to make my experience good. It seems Pune's limits constrain a hill station. I point out the Corinthian Club, which is perfect for entertainment. Every line of my stay here speaks for a high standard of living and relaxation.
Things to Consider Negatives: I do, though, need to point out a few underserved amenities. Better street lighting on the bypass roads is required for safety at night. The drainage system also has to be significantly enhanced to prevent waterlogging during rains. Finally, one misses the absence of a decent public library or community hub. All in all, it's a fantastic spot to live.

Positives Positives: I'm a really happy owner here. In my opinion, Undri offers a quiet life with all within a small distance. Because schools such as DPS and EuroSchool are close by, this area is quite practical for me. Apollo Clinic is only minutes from emergencies. I adore how it is near to NIBM and Camp but apart from city sounds. With local buses, connectivity is excellent; however, I am still anticipating the Katraj Metro extension. For food and shopping, we sometimes visit Dorabjee's Heritage Mall.
Things to Consider Negatives: The daily congestion at Kad Nagar Chowk and the strong tanker need for water are my sole issues. These problems have to be addressed quickly.

Positives Living as a tenant in Undri makes me very delighted. Here my experience is excellent because the surroundings are quite quiet and verdant. For my job at the nearby Hadapsar IT hub, I relocated here, and it is the best choice. Here are The Bishop's School and Hillgreen College, which appeal to me greatly. For health, I advise Satyanand Hospital, as it is rather dependable. Although the Swargate Metro is around 10 kilometres away, it is my primary link to the city. I travel on the local buses from Undri Gaon. My thought is that the rent is rather reasonable. I am quite troubled by the terrible road conditions and insufficient PMC water supply, though. Soon, I hope the government improves the interior roads.

Positives I advise Majiwada as I think for families Thane West's most perfect starting point. Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

Positives Positives: A year ago I resided in Undri and adored the pure air there. The quiet life and vegetation of the place helped me to feel it was ideal. For my project, I found the connection to Magarpatta and Hadapsar IT centers rather beneficial. During my spare, I visited the nearby Katraj Lake's beautiful scenery or hung out at Dorabjee's Heritage Mall. In case of emergencies, my children went to Delhi Public School and we kept Inamdar Hospital available. My family found it to be a very secure environment.
Things to Consider Negatives: Conversely, the public transportation was awful and I fought without a car. The drainage system, in my opinion, called for immediate attention.

Positives Positives: Thinking Undri is the next major real estate gold mine, I put my painstakingly earned funds in. The green environment appeals to me very much, as does my proximity to prestigious institutions including Delhi Public School and EuroSchool. With Kalpataru Hospital and Ruby Hall Clinic close by, even medical aid is accessible. My travel feels somewhat acceptable as the Katraj metro extension is apparently arriving shortly. Though the safety appears good, my rental yield is considerably less than expected.
Things to Consider Negatives: Poor road condition and ongoing congestion close Kad Nagar. Dust and noise from ongoing construction disturb my everyday life. I advise the government urgently repair the narrow roads and the water system.

Positives My advice Undri since I believe families would find unsurpassed advantage in the fresh air and vegetation. Being near Hadapsar and NIBM makes it a particularly attractive location for those in the IT industry, in my opinion. I propose checking at the top schools here like Bishops and EuroSchool. I witness people taking simple drives along the Katraj-Kondhwa Road. Because of the active gated communities, I believe the neighbourhood is quite safe for women at night. Ruby Hall Clinic nearby for medical need. The great rent return for my investors delights me. Still, I believe the confined interior roads and intermittent water supply problems desperately require fixing. Investing here provides a breath of fresh air.

Positives Positives: I moved to Undri as a tenant to be close to EuroSchool for my children. The Katraj-Kondhwa Road nearby. I was happy that the metro link was scheduled for the adjacent Hadapsar district. For all my shopping, I visited the local Undri market and Royal Heritage Mall. I thought the medical care at Ruby Hall Clinic Wanowrie was quite dependable for me. I fell for the greenery of the surrounding hills.
Things to Consider Negatives: There were no parks along the inner roadways. The absence of late-night public transportation is a big issue. The bumpy road surfaces and poor cleanliness and refuse stacks on the streets upset me. Need better street lighting, consistent municipal water, and more public services.

Positives Positives: SP Infocity hub not far away. I find the connection to NIBM Road to be quite a benefit. I thought the medical services at Lifeline Hospital to be really approachable and useful. Though they were sometimes unreliable, I depended on the local PMPML buses and cars for my transportation. As my favourite weekend hangout, I really like going Clover Hills Plaza.
Things to Consider Negatives: I was quite let down by the extreme traffic congestion at Undri. Chowk daily. I think the narrow roads and the regular power outages were the main issues. I really thought that the bad streetlights made the area appear very perilous. I think the garbage collection and drainage needed significant improvement.

Positives I really like my life in Undri since it seems like a tranquil hill station just inside Pune. As the Katraj-Hadapsar Bypass and NIBM Road make my trip very smooth, I have a fantastic connectivity experience. Because premier schools like Bishop's Co-Ed and Delhi Public School are just around the corner, and Lifeline Hospital is quite nearby for any medical needs. With high rental returns from IT experts employed in nearby Magarpatta and SP Infocity, my investment has completely repaid itself. But I actually believe we should provide a fast update for the small, uneven roadways and a long-lasting solution for reliance on the water tanker. For those who value both convenience and nature, living here is really a gift.
