Vashi, Navi Mumbai Reviews

Positives: In my view, Vashi's CIDCO planning and its strong road network are its major strength. Everything seemed well-arranged and safe for raising a family. Nowhere else in Navi Mumbai is the train and highway access to both Mumbai and the Thane-Belapur belt as simply unmatched. The high safety record and the greenery particularly along Palm Beach Road were always appreciated by us.

Negative

Negatives: Here, the property became too expensive, so upgrading without moving became impossible. More critically, the ongoing, daily nuisance of haphazard parking and overall traffic mayhem on internal roadways was aggravating. To bring back the old calm, that disorderly parking scenario has to be greatly improved.

Positives: Vashi was my choice mostly because the rent here is much more reasonable than living over the bridge in Mumbai, yet it still seems really secure. The Harbour Line access is a lifesaaver, letting you quickly reach to the city. Every section is readily reachable inside the area thanks to NMMT buses and cars always on hand. Life is really simple because of the well-designed layout, large roads, and simple access to Inorbit Mall and Vashi station.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly during peak hours at the Vashi Bridge, the traffic gridlock is really awful and spoils the commute. Furthermore, a serious service lacking in this region is the absence of high-quality green areas open for public use, such big, well-kept parks.

Positives: Vashi is a major hub since it feels like the ideal Navi Mumbai's downtown. One great benefit for accessing important commercial centers like International Infotech Park and Kopar Khairane is the frictionless travel facilitated by the Vashi Railway Station and the Sion-Panvel Highway. Particularly with the Navi Mumbai International Airport coming, I believe the future promise is enormous. I most admired the well-planned areas and wealth of great shopping malls, like Inorbit Mall, so I highly advise it.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly during rush hour close to the major commercial zones, traffic congestion is the worst offender. Finding orderly parking on residential streets is sometimes a nightmare as well, which calls for improved local government response.

In my view, because of its connectedness and balanced living style, Vashi is among the most appealing Navi Mumbai neighborhoods. Well-connected with Mumbai and other Navi Mumbai nodes is its railway station. Schools and hospitals within walking distance are available in the area together with convenient access to shopping and entertainment. Compared with central Mumbai, the price-to-value ratio is reasonable, and demand for rentals remains steady as several people employed in nearby offices look here for residences. Better road maintenance during monsoon and the construction of more communal green areas for families are two areas that might improve, in my opinion. For consumers looking for simplicity and comfort, I believe Vashi is a dependable option.

Recently I relocated to Vashi and enjoy life here. Vashi seems quite central in the layout of Navi Mumbai. To get to work, I use buses and the Vashi railway station; it is rather great. I see that drainage and garbage appear to work everywhere, yet some small streets might become rather untidy in torrential downpours. I am most struck by the closeness of tiny clinics, grocery stores, and stores nearby my home. I also find weekends simple because of the proximity of malls and modest entertainment alternatives. I find the area quiet as opposed to hectic metropolitan regions. For its simplicity and balance, I advise Vashi. More public gardens or grassy areas would enhance the setting even further.

I am glad I poured money here in Vashi. Vashi is well connected and well positioned. I travel everyday with some bus or vehicle as well as the local train from Vashi station. Because there are stores for daily necessities close by as well as marketplaces, my family and I are at ease. The roads around our house are rather clean, and many avenues have trees and green spots. Healthwise, we can easily locate local Navi Mumbai clinics or hospitals. Close by, my youngster goes to a good school and going to school is simple. Furthermore, I like spending time with family in sea-facing promenade or neighbourhood malls. My main worry is that traffic can grow excessively for all inhabitants like us during peak hours.

Positive

Positives: For both my career and a tranquil existence, I selected Vashi. I believe it fits both. For the city, trains departing from Vashi station are really helpful. Finding auto rickshaws and bus transportation is simple. Though not immediately in Vashi yet, Metro for Navi Mumbai is planned, hence I count on rail and road. Malls like Inorbit and Centre One are very useful to me. Nearby are basic services including pharmacies, banking, and groceries. Closed are the large offices in Belapur and Seawoods. Thus, the travel is acceptable.

Negative

Negatives: I find little green pockets appealing, but I think public recreation requires more space. More straightforward metro connections and a few more specialised hospitals should be coming soon as well, in my opinion. Generally, I am content.

Positives: Living in Vashi gives me great delight. Evening walks close to Inorbit Mall and small coffee shops on Palm Beach Road are really enjoyable for me. Good schools come first; Vashi has them, which includes Father Agnel and St. Mary's nearby. In orbit and Raghuleela, I love fast purchasing. Because Vashi station links lines from Harbour to Trans-Harbour, commuting is easy. Nearby hospitals include Jupiter and Civic Vashi Hospital. Big corporate hubs at CBD Belapur and Seawoods are brief trips.

Negative

Negatives: I adore the parklands and neighbourhood ambiance. However, cleanliness in some interior lanes concerns me. I believe there are also few luxury shopping choices and speciality hospitals available locally.

Positives: Being just next to the Harbour Line, the Vashi Railway Station makes my daily journey simple. Having the vast Palm Beach Road close was quite wonderful, and the area also appeared mostly safe. For fun, we usually visited Sagar Vihar, a lovely green area close to the beach. Fortis Hiranandani hospital in the vicinity. Right in Vashi are major office spaces such International Infotech Park.

Negative

Negatives: The bad peak-hour traffic congestion on the Sion-Panvel Highway, the unrelenting crowding near the station and stores, the scarcity of parking everywhere, and the noise pollution which looked to be rising. For Vashi to stay habitable, the NMMC definitely has to enhance these four areas.

Positives: I chose this neighbourhood mostly for its rapid proximity to Belapur, therefore simplifying my daily work journey. Though a little more than I had first anticipated, rent is reasonable. Particularly close to the Mini Seashore, the lovely, clean roads and the foliage are what I and my friends love most. Essential services, large markets, and the railway station are very close. Definitely big advantages are the general atmosphere and security. The great diversity of cuisine and shopping in Sector 17 is amazing and always busy.

Negative

Negatives: Traffic jams near the Vashi toll Naka are frequent. I feel the internal roads in the older areas could really benefit from better upkeep. It makes my daily driving a little rough.

Positives: Even late at night, I feel very secure here. The Vashi Railway Station serves as the centre point. For treatment, we have MGM Hospital. For education, Fr. Agnel College. Ideal for evening strolls, our unique visit location is the Mini Seashore. Parks like Sagar Vihar offer excellent, thick foliage in the area. Future projects for the New Vashi Creek Bridge and Metro extension are most intriguing.

Negative

Negatives: Certainly, aggravating is the traffic bottleneck during peak-hour near the Vashi Bridge. I worry about the need of enhanced upkeep of some public footpaths. I also think we desperately need a central, fully furnished public library network.

Positives: I relocated to Vashi as it promised consistent rental demand and excellent value. Homes here offer convenience and comfort even if they seem somewhat pricey in comparison with central districts. The railway station offers excellent road access, local trains, and frequent buses. Obtaining taxis and auto-rickshaws is simple. I especially like the ease of access; groceries, businesses, and everyday needs are all nearby. The area is useful and cozy.

Negative

Negatives: One thing that gives me a little pause is the possibility that certain places will need better maintenance of public services and roads. I would also want more open green parks nearby. Vashi might be much more desirable for investment and residence if local maintenance rises.

Positives: I really like living in Vashi. This area strikes me as a well balanced mix of busy city life and peaceful suburban life. Daily life is simple thanks to the broad roads, flawless layout, and great civic design. I regularly visit the nearby gardens and appreciate green spots breaking the concrete around. Nearby shops, malls, markets, and decent schools mean I seldom have to go far. The local railway station and well-connected roadways make commuting easy. live here in Vashi.

Negative

Negatives: Though I wish a few things were better. Traffic near the station can occasionally be heavy. Some of the older streets might be better cared for. Intermittent waterlogging following a strong rain is irksome. Still, I consider myself to be lucky to live here in Vashi.

Positives: The best feature is the planned arrangement and the foliage, especially surrounding the lovely Vashi Mini Seashore. We are precisely on the Harbor Line, which is fantastic. The Vashi Railway Station is vital for transportation. The Fortis Hiranandani Hospital and the magnificent Inorbit Mall are nearby. For my younger family members, Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology is nearby. Moreover, the planned Navi Mumbai International Airport signals the fast development of the region.

Negative

Negatives: Rising traffic congestion and disorganized, unlawful parking everywhere makes both walking and driving difficult. This area needs to address the irregular trash collection in certain interior areas and increase pedestrian safety.

Vashi genuinely felt as Navi Mumbai's heart, always a safe, immaculate, and exactly organized node. The excellent connection through the Vashi Railway Station on the Harbour Line was the best aspect. It made my daily travel to Mumbai rather manageable. Excellent hospitals like Fortis and MGM, top schools like Fr. Agnel, and various entertainment venues including Inorbit and Raghuleela Malls were all close by. The Mini Seashore Promenade and other green areas were astounding with their broad roads. Though annoying, the inevitable peak-hour traffic at the railway station and Vashi Bridge was a little price to pay for such a central and energetic site.

Positives: Vashi was the best-planned city I ever lived in, by some way. I found great pleasure in the large, spotless roads and sensed very much safety. An important link, the Vashi railway station enabled steady and regular Mumbai travel. Outstanding schools, leading hospitals, and the amazing Inorbit and Raghuleela Malls provided great entertainment, were all accessible to us. Really amazing was the general cleanliness and upkeep of the neighbourhood.

Negative

Negatives: Prices for property felt too high, therefore establishing a major hurdle to new families' entrance. The thick rush-hour traffic approaching the toll gate heading toward the bridge. In some areas, short excursions were difficult due the paucity of inexpensive local transportation, such as auto-rickshaws.

I decided to rent in Vashi because it seems like a premium but quite liveable area of Navi Mumbai. The Harbour Line train and the local road network make my daily travel easy as my office is very near. Schools, hospitals, malls like Inorbit and Raghuleela, as well as nearby stores, all within reach. The Palm Beach promenade and surrounding parks are great for evening strolls; I love the greenery and walkably areas. The growing interaction with the future metro and appropriate mix of metro-train excites me. More regular and better designed last-mile public transportation inside the community could help what I sense. I have to add, though, that I really like living here. It feels incredibly practical, dynamic, and secure.

Calling Vashi, Navi Mumbai, my house makes me really thankful. Everything I require is nearby, so living here is pleasant and all-around. Traveling is made very simple thanks to the Vashi railroad station on the Harbour Line, Palm Beach Road, and the Sion-Panvel Highway. We picked Vashi for its robust infrastructure, top hospitals like Fortis Hiranandani and MGM New Bombay, and outstanding schools including Fr Agnel, Avalon Heights, and Ryan International. Inorbit Mall is just minutes distant for shopping and leisure activities. Additionally, I find the green stroll along the seaside Promenade and around Nerul Lake appealing. One item I would indicate to be improved would be the bus station not yet in use. So better public transportation would help to simplify matters.

Positives: Living in Vashi is something I really like. It feels very safe, and the design is so creative. Direct access to the Sion-Panvel Highway and the Vashi Railway Station makes travelling mostly flawless. Sector 17 market is excellent for everyday requirements. We shop world-class at Inorbit Mall close by. Top-tier educational choices like Father Agnel and well-covered medically with leading companies like Apollo Hospitals abound. Everything is close by, either a brief walk or a short car ride.

Negative

Negatives: Certainly we see some peak-hour traffic congestion that calls for better handling. Regarding daily waste removal services, I also believe some of the older, internal sector roads would merit some more focus.

For customers seeking balanced urban living, I advise Vashi. With direct road access to Mumbai via Vashi Bridge and superb rail connections at Vashi station, commuting is simple. Nearby are respectable hospitals and colleges as well as malls like Inorbit and Raghuleela. Local jobs are offered by modern office clusters and IT parks. Promenades and green niches define the carefully planned region. Prices are higher than much of Navi Mumbai but sensible compared with central Mumbai and present excellent investment opportunities. Regular shopping and governmental services are practical. Opening the new bus depot for more efficient local buses and accelerating construction of the pump house and drainage system to prevent monsoon waterlogging are two areas of development.
