Vashi, Navi Mumbai Reviews

Positives: I resided close to Vashi Sector 17 for several years, and it seemed to me like the ideal suburban centre. My office trip was easy thanks to the great connection offered by the Vashi railway station and bus depot. Having the Inorbit Mall and important business offices nearby helped the region to stay alive. Its popularity reflected its high rental demand, and having Fortis Hospital nearby was a great benefit.

Negative

Negatives: I frequently felt the distance from central Mumbai was a factor since the older side roads were not well kept. Additionally, frustrating was the seeming lack of attention paid to waste disposal and cleanliness close to the main market area.

Positives: I really like Vashi's organized form. It seems the perfect of city life devoid of the anarchy of Mumbai. For a renter, the cheapness here is a great relief against core Mumbai. The connectivity is the main benefit. Vashi Railway Station on the Harbour Line is ideal for my office commute, and everything around us includes Inorbit Mall, Fortis Hospital, and significant IT offices. It is a remarkably dynamic and self-reliant place.

Negative

Negatives: Old industries have very little room and it's always a battle. The monsoon presents a major bother in the form of stagnant water. Though usually safe, I believe certain areas lack enough CCTV coverage as I have heard of mobile theft occurrences.

High returns in a secure, strategic location were guaranteed by the planned city structure of Vashi, hence my choice to invest in it. The great infrastructure here includes tidy sectoral plans and broad, well-kept roads that produce a really beautiful setting. Unmatched connectivity links us flawlessly to Mumbai's primary commercial centers via the Vashi Railway Station, acting as the main artery. High-quality educational institutions like Father Agnel School nearby as well as elite services such Fortis Hospital greatly help us. Though it is pricey, the location provides excellent long-term worth. The growth of more committed cultural centers or specialized art venues for greater community participation is the one area I think needs improvement.

Positives: I am mostly satisfied with my decision of Vashi for its great location and cheapness to living nearer to South Mumbai. The neighbourhood is quite secure, and I often appreciate the lovely décor and open area around the Mini Seashore. Usually good for daily commuting requirements is the strong infrastructure, including the simple Vashi Railway Station.

Negative

Negatives: Three local problems, however, have impact on my schedule that I want improved. First of all, the public health agencies have to guarantee steady upkeep and cleanliness of public restrooms close to the main business areas. Second, before the monsoons, the aging municipal drainage system in some residential areas needs extensive rehabilitation. Finally, street vendors have to be under more control so they do not fully block pedestrian lanes.

Residing in Vashi, I cherish the simple lifestyle here. I use nearby metro connections as needed and walk to the railway station for employment. Markets and malls close minutes help me to meet my everyday requirements. Ambulance services and hospitals react rapidly. On weekends, I love running near Nerul Lake and going to Seawoods flamingo points. Banks and schools make family life easy. Rents are affordable relative to central Mumbai, therefore they suit my finances. From interior pockets to the station, I want more frequent feeder buses. For professionals as well as families, I am delighted to advise Vashi.

I generally recommend Vashi as one of the first choices for buyers and investors. Commuters may access Mumbai quickly through Vashi train station; Belapur metro station offers the closest rapid transit option for upcoming metro lines. Great airport and city access are provided via the Sion-Panvel corridor and the Palm Beach Road. With 24 hour emergency care, the region boasts robust healthcare like Fortis Hiranandani and Lifeline hospitals. Close by are schools, banks, and shopping centers. Real foliage and weekend strolls are provided by Nerul Lake and Seawoods mangrove pockets. Fresh initiatives stabilize values, which helps long-run investing. The activation of the new Vashi bus depot and better-scheduled last-mile buses for passengers is one area needing improvement.

Positives: Buying our house here was so joyous for me; Vashi really is Navi Mumbai's heart. It feels utterly middle. The connectivity right on the Harbour Line is astounding, and the future Metro refurbishment is thrilling! Like the International Infotech Park, we are close to major corporate centres. Having hospitals like Fortis Hiranandani close by also eases our minds. The rental income is also great.

Negative

Negatives: Two things still annoy me here despite all the good features. The traffic is undoubtedly first; peak hours on the Vashi Bridge are always congested and greatly lengthen my trip. Second, some more established industries greatly need better parking arrangements. More emphasis should be given to infrastructure upkeep.

Positives: Purchasing my own apartment here and relocating to Vashi was a great choice. Navi Mumbai's real heart, exquisitely designed with broad streets and a peaceful, organized atmosphere you just don't find in Mumbai proper. Traveling is quite simple thanks to the Vashi railway station and Palm Beach Road access. Near to Fortis Hospital and prominent stores such Inorbit, wonderful schools are.

Negative

Negatives: I think better care of the Mini Seashore is required; it's a lovely site, but the lack of upkeep, such as unkept ponds upsets the serenity. At last, the local government has to rigorously handle the ongoing problem of unlawful trash burning in certain areas to maintain our air clean.

The great planned infrastructure and perfect blend of commercial and residential life sets Vashi apart. Easy accessibility to the Sion-Panvel Highway and the Harbour Line at Vashi Railway Station. For amenities, we have the well-known Fortis Hiranandani Hospital and outstanding institutions such Father Agnel School. Entertainment is catered to by Inorbit and Raghuleela Malls. Though rents are certainly on the higher side, the area feels very safe and well-lit, free from prominent crime-prone areas. The two significant gaps I see are a lack of devoted walking or cycling lanes on the primary sector roadways and the internal trash collection system could certainly be upgraded for increased cleanliness.

Positives: I'm ecstatic I picked Vashi. That is the best place in Navi Mumbai. It seems exactly middle, and the urban design is superb. Easily linking to CST and Thane, the Vashi Railway Station We are not far from major IT centres such the International Infotech Park. Moreover, close by here are excellent institutions such Avalon Heights School and Fortis Hospital. Walking along Palm Beach Road is great fun for me.

Negative

Negatives: Though I am content, a few aspects could be enhanced. First off, the peak hour traffic congestion, notably close to the shopping centers, is quite a problem. Second, in the older districts we urgently need more parking space reserved. Better CCTV coverage and police patrols in those particular dark spots would be advantageous for everyone in terms of safety as there are occasional mobile snatching events reported.

Navi Mumbai's heart is Vashi. It is among the most thorough areas to live and make investments in, as I frequently advise my customers. Travel is quite simple thanks to the central location of the area and the excellent connectivity via the Sion-Panvel Expressway, Mumbai-Pune Expressway, and the Navi Mumbai Metro. Near are renowned hospitals such Fortis and MGM, great schools, and large malls including Inorbit and Raghuleela. Ideal for families, the area boasts a clean, well-arranged setting. Because of its commercial and IT center, demand for rentals here is always high. Most industries are secure, particularly Sector 6, which has excellent lighting. Given the amenities provided, dwellings are rather inexpensive. Lack of adjacent gasoline stations and sporadic monsoon floods, however, call for upgrades.

Positives: From the enormous APMC market to prominent hospitals, shopping malls, and excellent schools, everything was close. A great benefit was the link provided by the Harbour Line train and the spectacular Palm Beach Road. This made my extended work journey appear much less difficult. It actually seemed to be a safe, self-sufficient, and expertly planned community fit for raising children.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly near the railway station and marketplace, the neighbourhood had become too congested. Traffic near the Vashi bridge during rush hour was always heavy and disorganized. Finding parking in the more established residential areas became a daily struggle. Daily life could become challenging even with amazing amenities due to these recurring problems.

Positives: I chose Vashi because of its great equilibrium of connectivity and life. Mumbai commutes were manageable thanks to the planned architecture and Vashi Railway Station on the Harbour Line. Essential amenities like Fortis Hospital, Inorbit Mall, and famous schools were absolutely close. Particularly fond of the clear, green regions and the quiet ocean vista at Sagar Vihar. In contrast to major Mumbai, it was inexpensive and the general experience here was really pleasant and well-planned.

Negative

Negatives: Walking became a daily struggle as hawkers and illicit parked automobiles regularly fiercely encroached upon many inner routes. Secondly, although the police were patrolling, the growing crowding sometimes resulted in some unsettling reports of mobile snatching.

Positives: Years I have called Vashi home. Its connectivity is excellent via direct entry to the Sion-Panvel Highway and Vashi Railway Station on the Harbour line. Right nearby, we have great amenities including Apollo Hospital and Father Agnel School as well as major shopping centres such Inorbit Mall. With a wonderful neighbourhood spirit, it's a really lovely, green, and secure area. The evening walks down Palm Beach Road is my favourite. The approaching MTHL link is interesting for future connection.

Negative

Negatives: For improvements, I would give first priority to resolving the peak-hour traffic bottleneck around the station and making sure internal roads and pathways were kept better and consistently maintained. Living in Vashi is ideal!

Buying land in Vashi was among my greatest decisions. It is a financial and way of life hub. The planned infrastructure of this location sets it apart. There is flawless connectivity to CST and Thane from the Vashi Station. Moreover, we have the recently inaugurated Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link (MTHL) greatly lowering travel time to South Mumbai. My property value is always increasing with the approaching Navi Mumbai International Airport and metro expansion plans, which feels wonderful among amenities like MGM Hospital and D.Y. Patil Education Complex. Walking softly along Palm Beach Road is my most favorite pastime. To match the premium status of the rest of the node, I only wish better care of the old buildings, possibly by means of CIDCO's cluster redevelopment programs.

Positives: Situated centrally with excellent connection, Vashi is really the heart of Navi Mumbai. Right here on the Harbour and Trans-Harbour lines, we have the Vashi railway station, hence simplifying the Mumbai journey. Palm Beach Road and the Sion-Panvel Highway are great. Within reach are Inorbit and Raghuleela Malls, Fortis Hospital, and top schools. Families would love this quite green and secure neighborhood. Though expensive, Vashi is a great area; rental alternatives abound, which is a mercy.

Negative

Negatives: But particularly around the Vashi Bridge entrance, local traffic during peak times has to be improved. We are also waiting for the Navi Mumbai Metro to connect immediately here. Traveling would then be even easier. This energetic site is highly suggested by me.
