The key upside lies in its proximity to the upcoming Jewar Airport and the Expressway corridor’s long-term potential. However, buyers should be realistic — current social infrastructure is still catching up, and short-term appreciation or rental yield won’t match core Noida yet. It’s a quality asset for patient investors or genuine home seekers, not speculators.

ATS Allure on Yamuna Expressway is a well-planned society with 8 towers spread across a big open area. The apartments are spacious, and the surroundings are green and peaceful, which makes it a nice place to live away from the hustle and bustle. The society has good facilities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and courts for tennis and badminton. Security is also strong with guards and CCTV, so residents feel safe. The location is both a plus and a minus. On the positive side, it’s directly connected to Yamuna Expressway and close to Pari Chowk, schools, and the upcoming Jewar Airport. On the downside, daily needs and markets are still a bit far compared to more developed parts of Noida, so residents may have to travel out for shopping or quick errands. Also, since it’s still a growing area, public transport and nearby social life are not as vibrant yet. Overall, ATS Allure is a clean, green, and safe society with quality construction and modern amenities. It’s a good choice for families who want a quieter lifestyle and for investors looking at long-term growth, but one should keep in mind that the immediate convenience of markets and city life is slightly limited.
