We have an apartment at the Godrej Exquisite at Thane. They have delivered the best quality apartments to us and we are really glad about the final purchase. The power cut is a major issue in this locality. But This complex has good power backup. We visited their site a couple of times before purchasing and bought it only after thorough checking.
