Will give good rating based on what I have experienced during booking process and reliable nature of the Godrej company. The design and layout is good and flat will have good view hopefully. Also, am happy with the location. Convenience store, school- all is there in the area if you want to move with family.
Drove to the project along Kalyan-Murbad Road and entry to site is smooth. Overall road condition is fine and they are making improvements also. Titwala-Ambivali Road is also near the site and it will be helpful to reach my workplace. Overall am happy with what they are promising.
I was tracking this project launch and am one of the early booking people. I am positive about future prospect of Ambivali, since there is still space for development. Plenty of greens they are offering in society with good amenities. Also, many local school and hospital within 10-15 minute radius here.
It is Godrej after all. These people are like the biggest brand in this area. My father wanted to invest in their project for a long time. Happy that this one finally synced with our budget. The developer team is very helpful also. Talking about future life here once it is done, the railway station is not that far and that is our lifeline.
See I am investing here for two reasons. One is the location. It will take off in future mark my words. The two roads are running nearby, the Titwala Ambivali Road and the Murbad to Kalyan Road. There is railway station in proximity. Lots of social amenities coming up. Second reason is the reputation of the developer.
It is a beautiful project but wish the living room were a bit larger.
I love the project but honestly, the surrounding area is still developing.
Being close to nature and still within a city setup is a dream come true! I love the beautiful river scenery!
My son love the pool and courts. The neighbourhood is pleasant and safe with 24x7 CCTV surveillance.
I suggest this project due to its riverfront views, a massive clubhouse, sports courts, and good rental opportunities.
