It's like the perfect location on paper. I mean I work in the World Trade Centre so that's not very far from the project. It made perfect sense to live nearby. Who wants to spend time in traffic jams?
Buying for the brand name of the developer. Godrej is one name that gives me confidence and trust. Also, the location in Yeshwanthpur is a prime one and will develop more I feel in the future.
Can't wait for delivery, though it's still some time off. Happy with the big 4 BHK layout they are promising. Also am satisfied with the location, though some traffic bottlenecks still near Hebbal Road, but otherwise okay.
See, it all boils down to when the project will be completed, but seeing as it's Godrej, the premium seems justified. These guys have a track record of giving great amenities and excellent quality. Also happy that the Airport is not as far and there is a direct route to it.
Happy with purchase. The sales team is very supportive. Amenities promised are good and the Jakkur Aerrodrome and all are nearby. The WTC, Orion Mall and Hebbal Lake can also be accessed. Clearly, it's a location worth making investment for future.
I would suggest Godrej Tiara due to its sturdy position on Tumkur Road, along with elite privacy. Squash court, amphitheatre, and more are appealing.
I’m buying for its automated climate & security systems, plus the luxury clubhouse and pool.
