Nice mid-level luxury, but no separate kids' play lawn or sports facility.

I adored the yoga area and green lawn. But I think 39 apartments may be a bit cramped.

I like the green design. Price of approx. ₹1.6 Cr reasonable.

The facilities of yoga, cycle track and EV charging are new age. I prefer smart 3 BHK planning.

I regard Kuldeep's location near Paud Phata as a major plus. The project has easy access to Kothrud and FC Road. The amenities are great.
